why hello fellow adventurers!

i'm pleased to see that you have traveled to my blog.

MY STORY:

this coming summer i have been accepted to go to the BYU Jerusalem center and learn about the middle east, Christ's life, and Jewish culture (among other things)

I CANNOT WAIT TO GO!!!

my father thinks i'm obsessed and my mother doesn't want me to go...you know all the unrest and what not, but i can't help it. its a dream of mine. my heart is set. i have to go.

this blog is mainly, mostly just for me i think. i mean its a place where i can post about my pre-Jerusalem experiences, sort out my thoughts, and get excited. 

i know, i know that seems a little nerdy but i've wanted to go on this trip for a year and a half. (so excited!)

one minor catch in this whole party parade is that this study abroad is super expensive.

i mean SUPER expensive.

$10,400 expensive.
